NCR             2005 - Present    

Customer Engineer (Level 2)

Install and service computer and network hardware and software. Including Cisco routers and switches, Dell, IBM, and Sony servers and workstations, Lexmark, HP, and Tally/Genicom printers. Service and installation of NCR ATM's, IBM and NCR POS terminals (cash registers).

 

Traveling to customer sites to engage customer and resolve technical issues, providing remote support to customers to save time and money for both the customer and for NCR. Meeting established contractual service level agreements.
